Lead Homes Where People Thrive

At Community Access Unlimited (CAU), we believe every person deserves a home, a voice, and a real place in their community. We're looking for an experienced, people-first leader to oversee four of our residential programs for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD)

In this role, you'll lead the managers and direct support teams who help the people we serve live as independently as possible: managing their homes, building life skills, holding jobs, and taking part in community life. You'll make sure each home is safe, well run, and focused on what each person we serve wants for their own life.

If you're a strong manager who wants your work to make a visible difference in people's lives every day, apply today.
