What You’ll Drive

• Partnership Development
  • Build and expand an active pipeline of academic partners, securing collaborative agreements with universities and schools through official memoranda of understanding or actionable projects.
• Academic Engagement
  •  Coordinate and drive joint educational research initiatives in collaboration with universities and external academic institutions to advance learning development.
• Project Management
  • Manage assigned strategic projects from end to end, collaborating closely with relevant internal teams to ensure all milestones are delivered successfully.
• Internal Innovation
  • Initiate and deliver practical internal innovation projects, such as employee AI literacy and competency assessment frameworks, to support organizational capability building. 

What You’ll Bring

• At least 3 years of professional experience as an officer or coordinator within an educational institution or education company.
• Fluent English communication skills across listening, speaking, reading, and writing, or a proven TOEIC score above 700.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills, including the ability to write formal Thai letters, draft official documents, and interact effectively with senior leaders, clients, and partners.
• Solid project management skills with proven ability to plan, coordinate, monitor progress, and deliver projects on schedule from start to finish.
• Proven experience in developing partnership pipelines or establishing official memoranda of understanding with universities and schools is a plus.
• Familiarity with or strong interest in AI literacy and competency assessments or educational research coordination is highly preferred.
