Our mission is to improve lives today and tomorrow by accelerating life changing breakthroughs to treat, prevent and ultimately, cure T1D and its complications.Always, we are guided by a single purpose: As we drive towards curing type 1 diabetes, we help make everyday life better for the people who face it.
At Breakthrough T1D, we count all steps within the end-to-end talent lifecycle as part of the employee experience; this includes but is not limited to candidate, new hire onboarding, internal mobility, ongoing engagement, and exiting the organization. Breakthrough T1D is looking for someone to design, develop, deploy, and maintain a new Employee Experience program. This role will work closely with the AVP of Talent Management. This isn't primarily an employee-events role. Employee experience here is a program discipline. If you’re passionate about employee engagement and making a difference, we’d love to hear from you!

- Keep up to date with industry best practices to create all interventions and resources necessary to advance program objectives.
- Provide training and coaching to managers on how to improve employee experience.
