Introduction

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to support our program management function. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, translating their needs into actionable work while ensuring effective executive and program-level reporting.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in supporting program management functions and working with business stakeholders.
• Ability to translate complex work streams into clear priorities and deliverables.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to understand and convey team activities from a strategic perspective.
• Experience in creating executive-level dashboards, status reports, and presentations.
• Prior work experience at the client or in the client's industry.
• Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Experience working with Agile teams.
• Proficiency in using SharePoint.
• Understanding of MF data.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Partner with Multifamily Digital Program leadership to provide strategic and operational support to senior executives.
• Lead strategic transformation initiatives and coordinate planning activities across multiple programs, business functions, and technology teams.
• Facilitate business requirements sessions with stakeholders and translate them into actionable user stories and development priorities.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Business SMEs, Architects, and Development teams to ensure successful implementation of business needs.
• Support Agile planning processes, including Program Increment (PI) planning, roadmap development, and milestone tracking.
• Develop and maintain technology roadmaps aligned with business strategy and enterprise transformation objectives.
• Apply PMO best practices for program governance, reporting, resource planning, and risk management.
• Lead integrated program planning activities and support strategic decision-making through data-driven analysis and reporting.
