- Manage the overall cost, schedule, technical performance, and successful delivery of assigned programs.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for government customers, conducting program reviews and providing updates on performance, milestones, risks, and deliverables.
- Lead complex IT modernization and technology transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment with customer objectives and contractual requirements.
- Oversee multidisciplinary technical teams supporting cloud migration, application development, networking, database optimization, maintenance, and related IT services.
- Establish program objectives, milestones, master schedules, and performance metrics to monitor progress and ensure timely delivery.
- Identify program risks, technical challenges, and resource constraints, and implement appropriate corrective actions.
- Coordinate engineering, development, integration, and testing activities to ensure technical requirements are achieved.
- Direct and oversee employees assigned to the program, ensuring effective resource allocation and team performance.
- Support business development efforts and identify opportunities to expand existing programs and services.
- Manage changing priorities while maintaining program execution, quality, and customer satisfaction.
- Minimum of10 years of project management experience, including at least5 years managing federal IT modernization initiatives.
- Demonstrated experience leading complex IT transformation and modernization programs.
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional technical teams across multiple IT disciplines, including cloud migration, application development, networking, and database management.
- Strong understanding of program budgeting, scheduling, risk management, and technical performance.
- Experience managing federal government customers, contractual requirements, and program deliverables.
- Excellent leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
- Active Secret security clearance required.
- U.S. Citizenship required.
- Ability to work onsite in downtown Washington, DC.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification strongly preferred.
- Understanding of data engineering concepts and related technologies.
- Experience supporting large-scale federal IT modernization and systems integration initiatives.
