Description:
As a Program Manager, you drive multiple programs reaching beyond your immediate team and organization. You proactively identify, organize, and drive program activities and stakeholders in order to successfully deliver business, operational, and technical improvements. You scope, phase, and drive ambiguous cross-functional and cross-organizational challenges including delivering downstream change management, alongside your stakeholder team. You ensure alignment of senior cross-functional and cross-organizational stakeholders. You have advanced knowledge of the domain of your program.
Mandatory Skills/Qualifications: (All skills, both technical and soft, required to be successful in the role)Â
â—Ź Education: Bachelor’s degree (BS or BA) from an accredited university (preferably in Operations,Â
Business, Engineering, Data Analytics, Economics, Statistics, or a related field).Â
â—Ź Total Years of Experience: 5+ years of experience in a data-driven Program Manager, OperationsÂ
Manager, or Business Operations/Analytics role within tech-enabled mobility, logistics, supplyÂ
chain, or TNC/fleet management environments.Â
â—Ź Data Analytics Proficiency: Proven ability to query, model, and analyze large datasetsÂ
independently using SQL, data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, or similar), and advancedÂ
Excel/Google Sheets to build automated dashboards and KPI frameworks.Â
â—Ź Program Management & Problem Solving: Demonstrated track record of structuring ambiguousÂ
operational challenges into actionable project plans, establishing SOPs, and drivingÂ
cross-functional execution to meet strict timelines.Â
â—Ź Communication & Stakeholder Management: Exceptional verbal and written communicationÂ
skills, with the ability to synthesize technical data insights into clear executive summaries andÂ
present to cross-functional stakeholders.Â
â—Ź Specific Tools or Applications experience (ex. Google Apps, Salesforce CRM, etc) Certification orÂ
license (ex. CPA, PMP, Cisco) : See aboveÂ
Desiredl Skills/Qualifications: (Skills that would be nice to have but are not essential in the role)Â
â—Ź Experience in the Autonomous Vehicle (AV), TNC/ride-sharing, or high-growth fleet logisticsÂ
industry.Â
â—Ź Familiarity with JIRA, Agile frameworks, or structured continuous improvement methodologiesÂ
(e.g., DMAIC, Lean Six Sigma).Â
â—Ź Background in demand forecasting, inventory/vehicle supply planning, or depot throughputÂ
optimization.
