Project Overview:
The selected candidate will primarily supportProject Revellio, a strategic initiative focused on transitioning Clients content moderation vendor engagements from a traditionaltime-and-materials pricing model to anoutcome-based pricing framework. The program is a high-visibility transformation effort involving multiple cross-functional stakeholders and external vendor partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end program management activities, including roadmap planning, milestone tracking, project timelines, and risk management across multiple workstreams.
- Coordinate and drive alignment among cross-functional stakeholders, including Procurement, Finance, Data Science, Operations, and external vendor partners.
- Ensure successful execution of the pricing transformation program while managing interdependencies and maintaining project governance.
Required Skills & Experience:
- StrongProgram Management experience with the ability to manage complex, cross-functional transformation initiatives.
- Solidcommercial and financial acumen, particularly in vendor engagement models, pricing frameworks, and contract management.
- Advanced proficiency inGoogle Sheets for forecasting, financial analysis, reporting, and cost modeling.
- The role is expected to comprise approximately70% Program Management responsibilities and30% Operational/Workforce Management activities.
- While priorTrust & Safety experience is considered a plus, the Hiring Manager is open to candidates fromOperations, BPO, Workforce Management, Capacity Planning, Technology Transformation, or Management Consulting backgrounds who have successfully led large-scale operational transformation programs.
Preferred Competencies:
- Experience managing vendor operations and business transformation initiatives.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex financial and operational data.
- Experience presenting recommendations and strategic updates to executive stakeholders.
