Job Description
Our project management team is where the big ideas actually get built. As a Program Manager, you’ll be the one making it happen. Your primary goal is to transition complex facility requirements from the drawing board to full operational capability, on time and within budget. You will be the bridge between strategic intent and tactical execution.Day-to-Day Functions:
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Lead and synchronize diverse teams of engineers, contractors, and specialists to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Financial Accountability: Manage the full Profit and Loss (P&L) for your assigned projects, overseeing budget forecasting, cost tracking, and financial reporting to ensure fiscal health.
- Project Lifecycle Management: Direct all phases of facility development and construction, from initial scoping and procurement through to final commissioning.
- Risk Mitigation: Proactively identify potential bottlenecks or technical hurdles in the construction process and implement corrective actions to keep projects on track.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with site leadership and government representatives to ensure all facility upgrades meet strict regulatory and operational standards.
Required Skills and Education

Preferred Skills and Education
- Masters degree in related field.
- Certification as a Project Management Professional (PMP) by the Project Management Institute (PMI).
- Experience in managing projects for the US Department of Defense preferred.
- Experience working within construction or production in complex high consequence Chemical/Oil/Gas industries.
- Earned Value Management (EVMS) experience or similar performance measurement tool.
