Project: Embedded Banking


Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of program management experience, preferably within banking or financial services, and be comfortable overseeing a broad program involving multiple projects and stakeholder groups. They should be highly organized, articulate, and strong in program planning, execution, stakeholder communication, reporting, meeting facilitation, and issue resolution. Experience working within a PMO environment and relevant project/program management certifications would be advantageous.



Role Overview
  • The Program Manager will be responsible for facilitating and providing oversight of the overall program, with additional support across individual projects.
  • Help facilitate activities across a broader group of teams and stakeholders involved in the program.
  • Provide PMO support, including program reporting, coordination, tracking, and governance activities.
  • Organize and facilitate program/project meetings, ensuring appropriate follow-up and communication.
  • Identify program challenges, risks, and obstacles and help drive them toward resolution.
  • Support the overall planning and execution of the Embedded Banking program.
Key Skills / Experience Required
  • 5+ years of Program Management experience
  • Strong experience with program planning and execution
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to articulate program status, challenges, risks, and priorities clearly
  • Experience coordinating and facilitating meetings across multiple teams
  • Strong ability to overcome challenges and drive issues toward resolution
  • Banking or financial services experience preferred/desired
  • Experience providing PMO services/support and program-level reporting
Certifications | Nice to Have
  • PMP (Project Management Professional)
  • PgMP (Program Management Professional) or similar program management certification
