Job Description

Our Emerging Mission Capabilities (EMC) team is at the forefront of innovation for the F-35 program, identifying, developing, and validating next-generation Electronic Warfare (EW) solutions. We operate in a fast-paced environment, turning emerging technologies into operationally credible concepts and securing new business for long-term growth.  EMC is not involved in traditional development, production, or sustainment; instead, we focus on ensuring solutions are technically feasible, operationally relevant, and positioned for successful transition to follow-on programs.
As a Program Manager within EMC, you will play a critical role in driving this innovation. You will be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of projects – including New Business Funds, Internal Research and Development (IRAD) efforts, and Customer Funded programs (trade studies, prototyping, and risk reduction activities). This role requires a strategic thinker who can adapt to evolving requirements and proactively identify opportunities to shape program outcomes. You’ll lead cross-functional teams comprised of Engineering, Business Development, and Operations professionals, fostering collaboration to deliver impactful results. A significant aspect of this role involves supporting capture efforts, from initial customer engagement to proposal development and submission. You'll collaborate directly with customers to understand their needs and translate those into winning strategies.
This position offers the opportunity to influence the future of EW capabilities. You’ll be responsible for navigating ambiguity, managing risk, and proactively addressing challenges to ensure successful project completion and positioning F35 Solutions for sustained success.  Successful candidates will demonstrate the ability to connect innovation with customer problem sets, developing well-defined strategies and building strong customer relationships.
