Description: Summary: The main function of a program manager (general) is to oversee the successful planning, execution, and closing of complex projects within an organization. Job Responsibilities:

A bachelor's degree in business, management, or a related field, often coupled with professional certifications (e.g., PMP, PgMP).
2-4 years of experience.
