Job Summary

Infosys is seeking an experiencedProgram Manager to support a strategic engagement with Apple. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in program delivery, release management, Agile project management, portfolio governance, and cross-functional stakeholder management. This role requires exceptional leadership, planning, communication, and execution skills to drive successful delivery of enterprise technology programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead multiple enterprise programs from initiation through successful delivery.
• Manage project planning, release schedules, milestones, risks, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, QA, product, and business stakeholders.
• Drive Agile program execution using Scrum methodologies.
• Manage project portfolio, governance, and reporting using Clarity CA and JIRA.
• Facilitate release planning, sprint planning, retrospectives, and executive status meetings.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, issues, and roadblocks.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Prepare executive dashboards, project reports, and portfolio metrics.
• Promote collaboration, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of Program/Project Management experience.
• Strong experience in Release Management.
• Expertise in Project & Portfolio Management (PPM).
• Hands-on experience with Clarity CA and JIRA.
• Strong knowledge of SDLC and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent planning, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication.
• Experience managing enterprise technology programs.
• Excellent leadership, teamwork, and collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience managing large-scale enterprise or digital transformation programs.
• PMP, Scrum Master, or Agile certifications.
• Experience working in fast-paced enterprise environments.
