Position Overview: The Program Manager, Business Operations (Front-End) serves as a dedicated business operations partner to Sales, Marketing, and Product Lifecycle Management, driving high-impact operational improvements and systems optimization across these critical front-end functions. This role bridges business strategy and execution—translating the needs of Sales, Marketing, and Product teams into structured programs that optimize processes, implement enabling technologies (Salesforce CRM, Arena PLM, marketing automation platforms), and remove organizational friction. You will own end-to-end program delivery for vendor selection, software implementation, and business process redesign, ensuring these front-end teams have the systems, data, and operational rigor to achieve their business objectives. Success requires deep partnership with Sales, Marketing, and Product VPs, the ability to become fluent in their operational challenges, and the judgment to recommend solutions that balance business need, cost, and implementability.
Our environment is fast-growing and high-ownership: priorities shift, problems are complex, and teams rely on you to translate ambiguity into clear action plans. You will operate as a systems expert and trusted advisor—not a process enforcer. Success requires comfort with ambiguity, strong business acumen, and the ability to influence diverse stakeholders through clear operating rhythms and data-driven recommendations.
