MUST :
Eligible for Public Trust III clearance
10+ years of professional experience in executive level, project, or program management
Subject matter expertise in one or more of the following areas : Trade policy, Technology policy, National Security policy, US Export controls (EAR/ITAR), corporate governance ownership control, or FOCI (Foreign Ownership Control/Influence)
Experience creating highly visible decision-ready recommendations, decision memoranda, white papers
Solid understanding or familiarity with the U.S. AI, technology export, and national security policy landscape is a plus
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
High attention to detail
Very analytical with strong problem-solving skills
Bachelor’s Degree in any related fields
DUITES:
The ideal candidate works as a Subject Matter expert and will advises Federal Government Senior Leadership on national interest, export-control (EAR/ITAR), corporate governance, and ownership and control questions raised by consortium proposals; leads and quality-controls the analysis of complex or sensitive proposals; and produces decision-ready recommendations, decision memoranda, white papers, and analytical frameworks for Government use
This is a subject-matter role first and a management role second
Lead and quality-control the analysis of complex or sensitive proposals and deliver clear, traceable designation recommendations
Identify and document potential EAR/ITAR issues for Government consideration or referral (advisory only; no legal determinations)
Produce decision memoranda, white papers, options analyses, and analytical frameworks that strengthen Program decision-making
This candidate will lead a four-person analyst team and serves as the primary point of contact with the Government
Recommend refinements to review criteria, procedures, and governance practices as the Program matures
All findings and recommendations are advisory**
All final determinations remain with the Government**
