Summary:
Support the New Capital Investment (NCI) team at LEC by managing data and information for approximately 80 active NCI projects. Assist management with business needs and decisions related to NCI work and provide comprehensive project management support throughout the tenure.
Responsibilities
- Support the NCI team at LEC in the creation and maintenance of all NCI projects.
- Analyze and present project data for management using tools like Excel and PowerBI.
- Facilitate planning meetings and update NCI projects with input from the LEC team.
- Engage in daily interaction with manufacturing, operations, engineers, and Project Management Office staff to support outlined responsibilities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Economics, Finance, Human Resources, Organizational Leadership, Technology (Mechanical, Industrial), Technical Communications or a relevant technical field required.
- 5-7 years of experience in a related field.
- Internship experience accepted as job experience (6 months max), preferably in engineering technical roles.
Skills
- Proficiency in the MS Office suite of tools and the ability to use Power BI to generate reports.
- Engineering or technical experience preferred, with the ability to understand and communicate technical concepts.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, interpersonal and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment both collaboratively and independently.
- Highly organized with the ability to communicate detailed information concisely, including executive summaries.
- Desire for personal and professional growth and the ability to communicate upwards to key leaders and managers.
Pay Transparency:The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $42.00 - $43.00 /hour. Non-exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages.
