We are currently seeking a IT Program Manager - Hybrid to join our team in Plano, Franklin, TN, United states.
- NTT DATA's Client is currently seeking a Senior Principal Program Manager
- to lead planning, coordination, execution, and delivery of complex cross-functional programs.
- Develop and maintain program plans, roadmaps, timelines, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables.
- Ensure program activities align with organizational strategy, business objectives, and expected outcomes.
- Define, track, measure, and report program benefits, KPIs, and value realization.
- Identify and manage risks, issues, dependencies, and escalations across multiple projects.
- Monitor program budgets, forecasts, expenditures, and overall financial performance.
- Oversee project schedules, milestones, quality standards, and compliance requirements.
- Coordinate activities across internal teams, vendors, consultants, and implementation partners.
- Prepare and deliver executive reports, dashboards, presentations, and steering committee materials.
- Build strong stakeholder relationships and facilitate executive decision-making when required.
- Support project managers and teams in resolving program-related challenges.
- Maintain program documentation, including status reports, financials, risks, issues, action items, and lessons learned.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and applicable healthcare regulations.
- Minimum 7+ years of project and program management experience.
- Minimum 3+ years in a leadership role managing large-scale, cross-functional initiatives.
- Experience in program planning, risk management, dependency management, and stakeholder engagement.
- Experience managing program budgets, forecasts, and business financials.
- Strong executive communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and programs simultaneously.
- Proficiency with project management methodologies, tools, and software.
- Strong strategic planning, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Travel: As required
- Degree: Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Nice to Have: (But not a must)
- Master's degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Healthcare industry experience.
- PMP (Project Management Professional) certification.
- PgMP (Program Management Professional) certification.
- Experience working with vendors, implementation partners, and consulting organizations.
- Experience supporting executive steering committees and benefits realization management.

NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for U.S.-based positions. The starting pay range for this role is [$48.25 to $57.19]. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate’s relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications.
