Program Manager

📍 São Paulo, Brazil — local candidates only
⏳ Duration: 6+ Months

Build and lead the Brazil capability as an extended arm of the India Global Capability Centre (GCC). Own multiple technology engagements, turn business demand into delivery, and grow the local team.

Key Requirements:
• 10+ years across program/project management, business analysis, technology delivery or capability leadership.
• Full program ownership across multiple engagements, plus hands-on BA: business cases, requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria.
• GCC stakeholder management, distributed cross-functional leadership and team building.
• Budgeting, forecasting, financial tracking, utilization, staffing and capacity planning; strong governance and recovery of troubled projects.
• Understanding of Java/.NET application delivery, modern front-end engineering, cloud, DevSecOps, APIs, integration and data.
• Fluent Portuguese, professional English and legal authorization to work in Brazil.

Nice to Have:
• Experience expanding a GCC, captive centre, nearshore hub or regional delivery portfolio.
• Manufacturing, agriculture, automotive or other asset-intensive industry experience.
• PMP, PgMP, PRINCE2, PMI-PBA, CBAP or Agile certification.
