Program Manager

Introduction

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive professional to oversee the day-to-day execution of engineering program deliverables. This role requires strong cross-functional collaboration, excellent organizational skills, and proficiency with JIRA and Confluence to maintain accurate and transparent program documentation.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
• 3 years of experience in program/project management, preferably in a technical or manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, and related project management tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical data into clear, actionable information.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Prior work experience at the client or in the client's industry.
• Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Experience working in engineering development, automotive, aerospace, or manufacturing environments.
• Familiarity with part release processes, engineering change management, and product lifecycle management (PLM) systems.
• Knowledge of Agile or Stage-Gate development processes.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain detailed tracking of part releases, engineering changes, and material certifications.
• Develop and update program timing charts, status dashboards, and health reports using JIRA and Confluence.
• Coordinate between engineering, supply chain, quality, and manufacturing teams to ensure alignment on milestones and deliverables.
