Program Manager (7+ Years)

Key Requirements

· 7+ years of experience managing large-scale programs and transformation initiatives.

· Lead end-to-end program planning, governance, execution, and delivery.

· Manage program roadmap, budgeting, resource planning, and reporting.

· Drive stakeholder alignment across business and technology teams.

· Monitor and mitigate program-level risks, issues, and dependencies.

· Coordinate multiple workstreams and cross-functional teams.

· Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid delivery models.

· Strong leadership, communication, and executive stakeholder management skills.

· PMP, PgMP, SAFe, or equivalent certification preferred.
