Program Manager: 26-03104

This role is responsible for overseeing and structuring all in-flight work, ensuring operational mechanisms are effective and aligned. The Program Manager will act as the central communication hub, managing intake for new initiatives and proactively identifying and managing risks. Success in this role means driving programs from inception to completion and fostering collaboration among diverse stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Organize and provide structure to all ongoing projects.
• Manage and execute operational mechanisms for program alignment.
• Serve as the primary communication conduit for program updates.
• Oversee the intake and routing of new initiative requests.
• Proactively identify and manage program risks and dependencies.
