Entrust Community Services is seeking an experienced, collaborative, and mission-drivenProgram Manager to provide leadership and oversight for ourCommunity Inclusion and Individual Supported Employment programs.

As a member of theEntrust leadership team, the Program Manager plays an important role in both the daily success of assigned programs and the broader success of the organization. This position partners with fellow leaders to strengthen services, develop employees, address operational needs, and ensure our programs remain focused on meaningful outcomes for the individuals and communities we serve.

The ideal candidate is a people-centered leader who understands that successful programs are built through strong teams, quality services, community partnerships, accountability, and a commitment to helping individuals achieve their goals.

Your Role on the Leadership Team

The Program Manager is an active member of Entrusts leadership team and is expected to look beyond the day-to-day needs of their individual programs.

In this role, you will:

  • Collaborate with other program managers and members of leadership to advance organizational priorities, goals, and initiatives.
  • Bring program-level perspectives, opportunities, challenges, and solutions to leadership discussions.
  • Help create consistency, accountability, and collaboration across programs and departments.
  • Participate in organizational planning, problem-solving, and continuous improvement efforts.
  • Serve as a leader and culture champion by modeling Entrusts values and expectations.
  • Communicate organizational priorities and changes effectively to program employees.
  • Support leadership decisions while helping employees understand the purpose behind organizational initiatives.
  • Identify opportunities to strengthen services, employee engagement, community partnerships, and outcomes for the individuals we serve.

Community Inclusion

The Program Manager provides leadership that promotes meaningfulCommunity Inclusion opportunities based on each individual's interests, goals, strengths, and choices.

You will support your team in helping individuals:

  • Develop meaningful connections within their communities.
  • Explore recreational, educational, volunteer, social, and community-based opportunities.
  • Build independence and confidence while participating in community life.
  • Identify activities and opportunities that reflect personal interests and individual goals.
  • Strengthen natural supports and community relationships.
  • Experience services that promote choice, dignity, independence, and meaningful participation.

The Program Manager ensures employees understand that Community Inclusion is about more than simply being present in the community. It is about helping individualsparticipate, connect, contribute, build relationships, and belong.

Individual Supported Employment

The Program Manager also provides leadership and oversight forIndividual Supported Employment, supporting services that help individuals identify, obtain, and maintain meaningful employment in their communities.

Responsibilities include helping ensure the team effectively supports individuals with:

  • Identifying employment interests, abilities, strengths, and goals.
  • Exploring competitive employment opportunities within the community.
  • Job development and employer engagement.
  • Preparing for employment and navigating workplace expectations.
  • Developing skills necessary for workplace success and independence.
  • Receiving individualized job coaching and ongoing employment support.
  • Building positive relationships with employers and coworkers.
  • Working toward increased independence and long-term employment success.

The Program Manager helps ensure employment services remainperson-centered, individualized, outcome-focused, and responsive to the goals of each person served.

What You'll Do

Program Leadership & Operations

  • Provide leadership and day-to-day oversight of Community Inclusion and Individual Supported Employment services.
  • Ensure high-quality services are delivered consistently and align with program and organizational expectations.
  • Monitor program performance, outcomes, documentation, and service quality.
  • Manage multiple priorities while maintaining strong organization and follow-through.
  • Identify operational concerns, barriers, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop solutions and partner with leadership when additional support or organizational coordination is needed.
  • Ensure program practices align with applicable requirements, organizational policies, procedures, and expectations.
  • Maintain accurate and timely program documentation and records.

Lead & Develop Your Team

  • Supervise, coach, mentor, and develop program employees.
  • Establish clear expectations and provide ongoing communication and feedback.
  • Support employees in understanding how their individual work contributes to both program goals and Entrusts overall mission.
  • Identify training and development needs and help employees build the skills necessary for success.
  • Address performance concerns promptly, professionally, and consistently.
  • Recognize employee contributions and promote a positive, supportive workplace.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, learning, communication, and continuous improvement.

Build Community Partnerships

  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with employers, community organizations, individuals served, families, referral partners, and other stakeholders.
  • Identify opportunities to expand community connections and employment opportunities for individuals.
  • Represent Entrust professionally in the community.
  • Promote understanding of Community Inclusion and Individual Supported Employment services.
  • Work collaboratively with community partners to identify creative solutions and opportunities for the individuals Entrust supports.

  • Understanding of or experience with Community Inclusion, Supported Employment, developmental disability services, vocational services, human services, or a related field.

  • Strong organization, time management, and follow-through.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and respond effectively to changing needs.

  • Ability to hold themselves and others accountable while maintaining a supportive leadership approach.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively as part of an organizational leadership team.
  • A commitment to helping individuals increase independence, experience meaningful community participation, and pursue employment goals.
