About the Role

We are seeking aProgram Manager with100% professional services experience to leadend-to-end delivery of complex programs. The role involvesplanning, executing, and monitoring programs using Waterfall and Agile methodologies, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes for client-facing projects.

Important: Managed services or support-only backgrounds arenot eligible.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and managemultiple Technical Project Managers (TPMs) and their respective projects

  • Create and manageWaterfall projects usingPMP methodologies

  • Plan, track, and report programs usingMicrosoft Project for Waterfall projects

  • Execute programs usingAgile/Scrum frameworks and Agile development methodologies

  • Coordinate with clients, internal teams, and vendors to ensureprogram-level success

  • Identify, track, andmitigate program-level risks and issues

  • Preparestatus reports, dashboards, and executive updates

Required Skills

  • Lead and manage multipleTPMs and projects

  • CreateWaterfall projects (PMP)

  • PM Waterfall Tools: Microsoft Project

  • Agile/Scrum Frameworks: Agile Development, Agile/Scrum Methodologies

  • Excellentstakeholder management and communication skills
