Job description

Job Title: Program Director
We are looking for an experiencedProgram Manager to lead complex, large-scale technology programs involving multiple projects, teams, and stakeholders. The role will be responsible for end-to-end program delivery, governance, financials, resource planning, risk management, and executive stakeholder communication.
Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery of multiple projects and workstreams.
Manage program scope, schedule, budget, resources, risks, and dependencies.
Establish governance and provide regular status reporting to senior leadership.
Collaborate with business, technology, operations, and vendor teams.
Drive issue resolution, delivery predictability, quality, and continuous improvement.
Lead and mentor cross-functional and globally distributed teams.

Qualifications

15+ years of IT experience with 5+ years in Program/Project Management.
Strong experience managing large, complex technology programs.
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
Experience with Agile/SAFe and SDLC methodologies.
Healthcare/Payer domain experience is preferred.
PMP, PgMP, SAFe, or Scrum certification is an advantage.
