Job Description

Lead end-to-end delivery of theOracle Retail MFCS implementation coveringprogram governance, solution design, build, testing, and rollout, ensuring alignment with business objectives and successful transformation outcomes

Experience Required

• Proven track record in large-scale retail transformation programs
• Experience in global delivery models and multi-phase rollouts
• Strong leadership in stakeholder management, executive communication, and program governance

Key Responsibilities

•Own full program delivery lifecycle (Design → Build → Test → Deploy → Hypercare) with accountability for scope, schedule, and outcomes

• Establish and drive program governance, including executive reporting, KPIs, and steering committees

• Act as the primary interface forclient leadership and business stakeholders, ensuring alignment and decision-making
• Provideexecutive leadership across business and IT, driving program direction and outcomes
• Partner closely with business teams to understand priorities, align solutions, and ensure adoption readiness
• Oversee solution design and architecture across MFCS and integrated systems
• Drive risk, issue, and dependency management, ensuring proactive mitigation and escalation
• Ensure business readiness, change management, and user adoption across the enterprise
• Maintainstrong communication cadence across stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment
• Manage cross-functional teams (functional, technical, data, testing) across global locations
• Coordinate build, integrations, and data migration ensuring seamless execution across systems
• Govern end-to-end testing, quality assurance, and readiness for go-live
• Lead cutover planning, phased rollouts, and hypercare stabilization
