Salary : $135,000/yr
MUST :
Must be able to obtain a US Government Security clearance is required
Eligible for High level Public Trust
10+ yrs of progressive program/project management experience
5+ years of experience managing / supporting programs focused on immigration
5+ years of experience with immigration policy, immigration ecosystem stakeholders, and DHS identity management/verification systems
Strategic planning and governance expertise is a plus
Experience working in an advisory capacity directly with the government
Strong customer service and documentation skills
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Highly analytical with strong attention to detail and good problem-solving skills
PMP, Agile, SAFe, or similar professional certification
Master's Degree is relevant field
DUTIES :
Lead large-scale federal program and project management activities supporting government client’s mission
Coordinate cross-functional collaboration across Federal agencies and external groups
Serve in an advisory capacity to help develop strategic road maps and implementation plans
Guide Agile adoption, governance, and organizational transformation initiatives
Manage risks, performance reporting, and project health assessments
Support executive consulting, policy alignment, and operational improvement efforts
Oversee project execution, testing, deployment, and post-implementation activities
Serve as primary customer-facing program lead
