Job Description

Inviting Application for the role of Delivery Leader

We are looking for a seniorSalesforce Delivery Leader to lead large-scale Salesforce transformation programs, drive delivery excellence, and build and scale the Salesforce practice.

Key Responsibilities

•        Leadlarge, complex and multi-country Salesforce programs, owning end-to-end delivery, governance, quality, risks, timelines and financials.

•        Managelarge global delivery teams across onshore/offshore models, with strong focus on talent, capability building and leadership development.

•       Build and scale the Salesforce practice, including capabilities, offerings, accelerators, delivery frameworks and talent strategy.

•        Drivepractice growth, pre-sales, RFP/RFI, solutioning and account expansion in partnership with Sales and Account Management.

•        Manage seniorCXO/client stakeholders, executive governance and critical escalations.

•        Drive operational excellence through strong delivery governance, KPIs, automation and continuous improvement.Must-Have Experience

•        StrongSalesforce leadership and delivery experience with a proven track record of managing large-scale programs and portfolios.

•        Experience managinglarge, distributed teams and complex global delivery environments.

•        Proven success inbuilding, scaling or transforming Salesforce practices.

•        Strong Salesforce ecosystem expertise acrossSales, Service, Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, CPQ, MuleSoft and/or Agentforce.

•        Strong experience indelivery governance, financial management, client leadership and executive stakeholder management.

Provenpre-sales, RFP/RFI, solutioning and business growth experience
