Program Compliance Coordinator

Job Title: Program Compliance Coordinator

Job Summary:   Works closely with the CQI & Compliance Officer to develop and implement the organization’s Compliance and CQI plans for program affiliations, model usage, program procedures, and program contracts. Works collaboratively with program leadership to ensure services are delivered in accordance with federal, state, local and contract requirements, program model fidelity, accreditation and organizational standards and NCHS policies and procedures while promoting a culture of quality, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Quality and Compliance

  1. Manage the implementation of the organization’s compliance and quality improvement activities.
  2. Monitor program contracts and performance metrics to ensure compliance with evidence-based models, regulatory, accreditation, funder requirements and organizational goals.
  3. Conduct comprehensive program reviews, site visits, and record reviews identify strengths and evaluate service delivery for compliance and quality improvement. 
  4. Collaborates with program leadership to develop corrective actions and monitor progress to completion to ensure timely resolution and continuous improvement.
  5. Collect, analyze, and report compliance, quality, and performance data, including key performance indicators.
  6. Track organizational risks related to compliance and quality assurance activities.
  7. Identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement and recommend corrective or preventive actions.
  8. Attend program team meetings and co-facilitate with the Program Coordinator a team discussion interpreting their data and identifying opportunities for improvement and then developing viable solutions or advancing current CQI initiatives aimed at improving program outcomes and service quality.
  9. Support organizational quality improvement projects and strategic performance objectives.
  10. Prepare for and coordinate external audits, accreditation reviews, surveys, and regulatory inspections.
  11. Assist with the development, review, revision, and implementation of policies, procedures, and standard operating processes.

 

Oversight of Administrative Support Operations

  1. Supervise, train, and evaluate Administrative Support Specialists to ensure high-quality performance.
  2. Oversee administrative support operations, including telephone communications, visitor reception, incoming and outgoing mail, program support, and reporting.
  3. Establish, review and revise standard operating processes related to administrative support functions to promote consistency, efficiency, and compliance of organizational standards.
  4. Serve as a resource to Administrative Services Specialists regarding administrative processes, policies, and procedures, fostering continuous improvement and operational excellence.

5.   Monitor administrative workflows and recommend process improvements to enhance service delivery, efficiency, and compliance.

  8. Bilingual (preferred)

Qualifications and Requirements:

  1. Minimum education and experience:

a.   Bachelor’s degree in human services, social work, public administration, business administration or psychology field required; experience providing services to children and families.

b.   Master’s degree in social work, public health administration or human services preferred.

c.   Experience implementing strategic plans, program development, fidelity monitoring, data analysis and tracking key performance indicators, and collaborating with multiple teams.

d.   Experience at least one year supervising a program or a team.

d.   An equivalent of education and job experience will be considered.

 

2.    Knowledge, skills, and abilities:

    1. Knowledge of program implementation and service delivery across anagency/organization.
    2. Proficiency in Microsoft 365 Office Suite and using technology and softwareapplications.
    3. Knowledge and ability to utilize project management platforms and/or resources to implement and complete work plans.  Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously to meet deadlines.
    4. Ability to establish positive working relationships and communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing to all employees and community partners.
    5. Ability to maintain confidentiality relative to sensitiveinformation.
    6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong collaborationskills.
    7. Bilingual(preferred)

 

3. Physical Demand:

  1. The ability to frequently communicate with NCHS team members and community partnerships.
  2. Able to inspect written communication and respond to directions and hazards.
  3. Able to move equipment weighing up to 35 pounds.
  4. Occasionally ascends/descendsstairs in the building and home structures.
  5. Able to operate a computer and other office equipment.
  6. Able to remain in a stationary position and move about different work environments.
  7. This position requires access to reliable and safe transportation.  A copy of insurance and registration will be required upon hiring.
  1. Schedule demands  
    1. Ability to adjust normal work schedule to meet the needs of NCHS employees to include evening and weekend work.
  1. Site factors (work location, environment, travel, etc.): 
    1. Work in office setting and/or remotely.
    2. Local travel will be required with state-wide travel on occasion for meetings.

Compensation: $70,000-$75,000 based on education and experience
