Program Assistant: II

Level II: 2-5 Years of Experience. The program assistant II will support the daily operations of client's demand response programs which pay customers an incentive for conserving energy on hot days when conservation is needed most. The program assistant II will respond to inquires from program participants and assist participating aggregators with customer enrollments. The program assistant will write up tickets and submit them to IT when a system is not working properly. The program assistant will also maintain up to date program procedures and assist with general program reporting. The program assistant will update program databases and spreadsheets and should be proficient in MIcrosoft Word and Microsoft Excel.

The Program Assistant II supports the day-to-day administration of client's Demand Response programs, which provide incentives to customers for reducing energy usage during periods of high demand, particularly during critical peak events and hot weather conditions.
This role serves as a primary point of contact for program participants, responding to customer inquiries and providing administrative support to participating aggregators throughout the customer enrollment process. The Program Assistant II is responsible for identifying and documenting system issues, preparing detailed incident tickets, and coordinating with Information Technology (IT) teams to facilitate timely resolution.
Additional responsibilities include maintaining current program procedures and documentation, supporting program reporting activities, and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of program databases and records.
