Program Assistant

Salary: $34,000 - $36,500 based upon experience

Are you a great communicator with an eye for detail? The Villages Healthy Families Program Assistant is responsible for coordinating program-specific support efforts for departmental communications and activities for Healthy Families programs in Blackford, Delaware, Hamilton, Jay, Madison and Randolph Counties. Responsibilities include:

• Maintaining and securing records
• Database management and support
• Referral management
• Supporting program quality assurance efforts
• Tracking deadlines for report submissions
• Completion of documentation required by programs
• File maintenance in accordance with State contract standards

Requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent and two years’ prior experience in customer service or office support
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Self-directed
• Ability to respond to a variety of changing needs
