Required Skills and Experience for ESA:
- 10+ years' experience in Enterprise and Solution Architecture roles within large, complex, global organisations.
- Proven track record designing and delivering integrated solutions across CRM, ERP, data, and integration platforms.
- Strong hands-on architecture experience with Salesforce, SAP S/4HANA, SAP CCM, IBP, Microsoft Azure Data Services, and enterprise integration patterns.
- Experience supporting IBP and demand planning (e.g. SAC/P and Blue Yonder)
- Sales incentive planning solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate and prioritise solution design across multiple programmes, platforms, and delivery teams.
- Strong experience working with Enterprise Architects, Solution Architects, vendors, and SMEs to align designs to target state architecture.
- Proven capability in managing architectural risks, issues, dependencies, and business change impacts.
- Experience operating in fast-paced, multi-vendor, global transformation environments.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate complex designs into clear, actionable guidance for delivery teams.

- Application, data, integration, and reporting views
- Defined integration architectures, including APIs, middleware, and event-based patterns.
