This is a capacity/staffing need driven by workload and the need for analytical expertise. What is the purpose of this team? The Provider Data Management (PDM) team is responsible for maintaining accurate provider data across systems, supporting provider directory accuracy, managing provider data changes, and ensuring data integrity and regulatory compliance. The team partners with internal business, technical, network, claims, credentialing, and delegated entities to resolve provider data issues and improve processes. What is driving this need? The need is being driven by increased workload, ongoing data quality and process improvement initiatives, and the need for additional analytical capacity within PDM. The team requires a resource who can analyze large datasets, identify trends and root causes, support reporting and validation, and help drive complex issues to resolution. The temporary position is intended to provide immediate support with the potential to transition to a permanent role based on business need and performance. Describe the surrounding team (team culture, work environment, etc.) & key projects. PDM is a collaborative, fast-paced team that works across multiple lines of business and partners closely with business and technical teams. The team values accountability, attention to detail, problem-solving, continuous improvement, and the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with others. Key work includes provider data quality and validation, provider directory accuracy, data analysis and reporting, system/process enhancements, delegated provider data management, and ongoing initiatives to improve operational efficiency and reduce rework.
