What You Will Do
• Develop and execute an internal communications plan to support each phase of the PRIME Culture Framework rollout, from awareness and activation through adoption.
• Create clear, engaging content across a variety of formats and channels, including intranet (SharePoint), email, video scripts, digital signage, and leadership messaging.
• Partner with HR Business Partners, GBL Marketing, and SharePoint page owners to align messaging and coordinate delivery.
• Support executive communications related to the culture initiative, including talking points, Q&As, and town hall content.
• Enable people managers and senior leaders to communicate the culture framework confidently and consistently within their teams.

• Leverage rewards and recognition platforms to support culture activation and reinforce desired behaviours.
• Track engagement metrics and provide regular reporting to the VP of Corporate Communications.
• Identify and address communication gaps as the rollout progresses.

What You Bring
• 5 years of internal or corporate communications experience, ideally within a life sciences, technology, or professional services environment.

• Strong editorial and production skills across a range of content formats, from long-form articles and leadership scripts to visual assets and short-form digital content.
• Experience with leadership enablement, including developing toolkits, messaging guides, and manager communications resources.
• Experience building or activating an internal ambassadors or champions network.
• Proficiency with rewards and recognition platforms to support employee engagement programs.
• Strong cross-functional business partnering skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships across HR, Marketing, and business leadership.

• A strong sense of initiative, with a proven ability to navigate and thrive in evolving, transformational environments.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple workstreams under tight timelines.
• Experience working with or reporting to senior leadership.

Additionally:
• Familiarity with employee engagement frameworks or culture transformation programs.
• Background in change management communications.
