What You’ll Do:

🟣 Perform property, topographic, utility, and record surveys

🟣 Conduct construction stakeout surveys

🟣 Operate Topcon or Trimble GPS equipment and total stations in the field

🟣 Prepare survey deliverables using Carlson or AutoCAD Civil 3D

Must-Have Qualifications:

✅ 5+ years of land surveying experience

✅ Working knowledge of Topcon or Trimble GPS and total stations

✅ Experience with property, topographic, utility, construction stakeout, and record surveys

✅ Working knowledge of Carlson or AutoCAD Civil 3D

✅ SI required; PS preferred
