Overview:
We are seeking a Professional Engineer specializing in civil, electrical, or mechanical engineering with a focus on the aquatic industry.
The position entails project design, research, and oversight to ensure compliance with safety and design standards.
Candidates must hold a Professional Engineer license and be proficient in AutoCAD and other industry-standard software.
Responsibilities:
Utilize CAD software to create designs, drawings, and documentation.
Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and schematics.
Conduct research to assess the feasibility and performance of aquatic systems and equipment.
Inspect project sites to track progress and verify adherence to design specifications and safety regulations.
Estimate costs and quantities for materials, labor, and equipment for project feasibility.
Collaborate with a variety of stakeholders, including city councils, boards, and community organizations.
Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in civil, electrical, mechanical, or architectural engineering.
Active Professional Engineer (PE) license is required.
Experience in sewer, septic, civil, mechanical, or structural engineering.
Prior experience in aquatic projects or similar fields is a plus.
Strong understanding of engineering principles and industry regulations.
