Position Summary:

TheProfessional, Pre-Sales Engineering - Networking role provides technical pre-sales expertise to customers, partners, and sales teams, helping design and position networking solutions that address complex business and technical requirements.

This position serves as a trusted technical advisor throughout the sales cycle, leveraging expertise inenterprise and data center networking to develop solution recommendations, support customer engagements, and drive business growth. The ideal candidate brings strong experience withJuniper networking technologies and a broad understanding of networking solutions from vendors such asCisco, Arista, Palo Alto Networks, and F5.

What You'll Do

• Provide technical pre-sales support, including customer discovery, solution design, and proposal development
• Assess customer requirements and recommend networking solutions that align with business and technical objectives
• Serve as a subject matter expert for enterprise and data center networking technologies
• Partner with sales teams and vendor partners to develop technical strategies and support customer opportunities
• Deliver technical presentations, demonstrations, and solution workshops
• Support proof-of-concept activities, solution validation, and technical evaluations
• Maintain expertise in networking technologies, industry trends, and competitive solutions
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to internal teams as needed

What You Bring to the Role

• 5+ years of experience in pre-sales engineering, network engineering, systems engineering, or a related technical role
• Strong experience withJuniper networking solutions preferred
• Experience with enterprise networking technologies fromCisco, Arista, Palo Alto Networks, F5, or similar vendors
• Strong knowledge ofdata center networking, routing, switching, and network security
• Ability to design and present technical solutions in customer-facing environments
• Experience supporting complex sales opportunities and collaborating with account teams
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
