Production Support Lead - Jersey City, NJ - Contract - $37-47 per HR
Seeking an experienced Production Support Lead for a hybrid contract role in Jersey City, NJ. The role involves supporting and stabilizing a modern enterprise application ecosystem, focusing on incident resolution, production monitoring, and root cause analysis. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in production support within cloud-native environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide production support for business-critical applications and services.
- Monitor application health and ensure timely incident resolution.
- Perform root cause analysis for recurring incidents and drive permanent fixes.
- Troubleshoot issues across frontend, backend, middleware, infrastructure, and databases.
- Coordinate with stakeholders on incident status, impact, and resolution timelines.
Qualifications
- 6 years of experience in application support or L2 support.
- Strong knowledge of Java-based frameworks and frontend technologies.
- Experience supporting applications in cloud-based environments.
- Hands-on experience with various database technologies.
- Strong incident management and troubleshooting skills.
