ReturnPro is looking for an experienced, energetic, and result-driven Production Supervisor. This role is responsible for managing Teammates in a logistics and assembly environment. This position plans and assigns work, implements policies and procedures, and recommends improvements in production methods, equipment, operating procedures, and working conditions.

 

Primary Responsibilities/Essential Functions:

  • Lead daily warehouse and assembly operations, ensuring throughput, accuracy, and efficiency.
  • Hold daily management meetings to review goals, safety updates, and company initiatives.
  • Promote a safe, compliant, and people-centric workplace, ensuring teammates have the training, tools, and equipment to succeed.
  • Coach, develop, and hold teammates accountable to SOPs, quality standards, and ReturnPro values.
  • Manage scheduling, time, and attendance in Paycom, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Balance quality, productivity, cost, and morale to deliver positive results across assigned programs.
  • Identify and develop talent, including backups for critical roles.
  • Partner cross-functionally with P&C, IT, Transportation, and other departments to resolve challenges and improve workflows.
  • Recommend and implement improvements to production methods, equipment, and processes.
  • Track performance metrics and implement enhancements that drive efficiency and reduce cost.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of supervisory experience in logistics, warehousing, or production required.
  • Hands-on supervisory experience a must or bachelor’s degree in business, logistics, or related field preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of time & attendance systems (Paycom experience highly preferred).
  • Working knowledge of OSHA regulations and warehouse safety practices.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with data/reporting.
  • Proven ability to lead, coach, and engage diverse teams.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
  • Demonstrated initiative and adaptability when faced with new challenges.

 

Physical & Work Environment Requirements

  • Frequently required to walk, bend, lift, and reach overhead.

  • Ability to repetitively lift, push, and carry 20–35 lbs.

  • Ability to work overtime and weekends, as needed.

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-based production environment.

  • Maintaining high teammate engagement and retention.

  • Compliance with safety and quality standards.

  • Consistent execution of SOPs and effective use of Paycom for workforce management.
