Production Planner

FieldBridge is looking for a Production Planner in Odessa, TX to work for the world's largest oiflield service company. We offer weekly pay + benefits.

$22-$30/hour | Day shift 7AM-7PM, 11 days on / 3 days off (every other Fri/Sat/Sun off) | Weekly pay every Friday | OT opportunities available | At $30/hr and 84/hrs/week, for example, earn weekly paychecks of $3,180

Position Overview
Our client is seeking a TLM Production Planner to keep equipment moving through the maintenance process on time and in line with operational demands. You will plan maintenance activities, prioritize work with the maintenance team, and help improve equipment reliability and asset utilization while reducing cost of service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan maintenance activities for the location and confirm priorities with the TLM Maintenance Manager, Maintenance Supervisor, and Asset Coordinator
• Manage equipment receiving: identify arriving equipment, assess it against maintenance requirements, and document deficiencies or shop failures
• Open repair work orders and enter service information in the CMMS
• Organize equipment into the right queues (washing, test pit, bays) based on priority
• Coordinate with Stores to deliver materials to workstations, and support asset counts, equipment lists, and HSE/LEAN programs

Required Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in asset maintenance, maintenance planning, or production planning
• Experience with inventory management and distribution
• Working knowledge of maintenance processes and workflows
• Comfortable with a CMMS or similar work order system
