Production Manager

About the Role

Our client in the food manufacturing sector (condiments) is seeking aProduction Manager to support and oversee the production aspect of its business. The role will oversee, plan, and control all production operations to ensure efficient output, adherence to quality standards, cost optimization, and timely delivery of finished goods.

The role ensures effective coordination with logistics, maintenance, procurement, loss control, HR, and finished goods store to support smooth plant operations.

📍Location Note: This role is based in Kenya at our client's food manufacturing facility.

Qualifications & Experience:
• Bachelor's Degree in Production Management, Food Science, Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing, preferably food processing
• Proven experience in team leadership and production planning

Skills & Competencies:
• Strong analytical and planning skills
• Ability to manage processes, people, and cross-functional relationships
• Sound understanding of production equipment and maintenance basics
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
• High integrity and commitment to quality and safety
