Overview:
TalentBridge is partnering with a leading manufacturing organization to identify a Production Manager to lead operations within a fast-paced, process-driven environment.
This individual will be a key member of the site leadership team, reporting directly to the Plant Manager and responsible for driving day-to-day production performance while continuing to build structure, consistency, and accountability across the operation.
The role is well-suited for someone who thrives in an environment where expectations are high, priorities move quickly, and there is a strong emphasis on process discipline and continuous improvement.
Scope of the Role:
- Direct leadership of Shift Supervisors and hourly employees across multiple shifts
- Ownership of production performance across safety, quality, throughput, and cost
- Active contributor to overall site strategy and execution
- Lead daily production operations with a focus on safety, quality, and efficiency
- Establish and reinforce a process-driven culture, ensuring consistency across shifts and teams
- Drive performance through clear expectations, accountability, and standard work
- Develop and mentor frontline leadership to improve execution and ownership
- Partner cross-functionally with maintenance, quality, and engineering to improve overall plant performance
- Support continuous improvement initiatives tied to productivity, waste reduction, and operational effectiveness
Experience:
- 10–15+ years of production leadership experience within a manufacturing environment, including oversight of multi-shift teams
- Proven ability to drive performance across safety, quality, productivity, and cost
- Experience in process-driven, high-volume manufacturing environments
- Working knowledge of Lean, 5S, TPM, or similar continuous improvement methodologies
- Track record of building structure, accountability, and consistency across teams and shifts
- Strong leadership presence with the ability to develop supervisors and engage an hourly workforce
- Engineering degree preferred; equivalent experience considered
