Production Line

In this role, you will operate production machinery, monitor product quality, and help ensure our manufacturing process runs safely and efficiently.

What You'll Do

• Read and interpret job orders and production instructions.
• Use a ruler or tape measure to verify basic measurements.
• Set up, operate, and maintain production machinery.
• Monitor film throughout the manufacturing process to ensure product quality.
• Troubleshoot production issues and perform routine minor press maintenance.
• Work with the Quality Assurance (QA) team to maintain consistent quality standards.
• Use basic computer skills, including Microsoft Excel, for production-related tasks.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals.

• Basic measurement skills and mechanical aptitude.
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer knowledge, including Excel.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• A positive attitude and ability to work well in a team environment.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Willingness to work overtime as needed.

Experience

Manufacturing or machine operation experience is a plus, butnot required! We provide training for candidates who are eager to learn and grow.

Pay: $18/hour
