Production Helper

Summary:

• Location: Cincinnati, OH
• Duration: 6 Months
• Must be willing and able to work either shift.
• 2nd shift: 2:45p – 10:45p
• 3rd shift: 10:45p – 6:45a
• Possibility for conversion to full-time.

Responsibilities:

• Safely perform a wide range of tasks including stacking corrugated products, conducting quality checks, and material setup.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Operate various manufacturing equipment and power hand tools.
• Follow specific directions and complete other duties as assigned.
• Maintain a clean work environment.
• Comply with all safety regulations.
• Lift, push, or pull 50lbs, navigate stairs, and stand, walk, bend, and kneel throughout the entire shift.
• Work daily overtime and weekends as required.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic math and computer skills.
• Ability to read a tape measure.
• Strong commitment to working safely.

Preferred Skills:

• Minimum 2 years of production/manufacturing experience.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong desire to learn manufacturing processes and operate complex machinery.
