Production Coordinator

Vine FX is an award winning Visual Effects Studio that creates high-end VFX for HETV and Feature Films. Our recent slate includes contributions to 'The Uprising' Directed by Paul Greengrass, Phillip Barantini's 'Enola Holmes 3' and the Has Fallen series adaptation for Canal+. Following recent expansions, Vine Vine FX has busy studios in Cambridge, Manchester and Cardiff.

Our Production team is expanding! This position will put you at the heart of the project team and involves a variety of responsibilities that ensure the smooth production and delivery of our shows to the client.

We operate on a hybrid basis, so applicants must be able to work from one of our studio locations a minimum of 3x days per week.

Please note, this opportunity is only available to those already situated in the UK. This is a fixed term contract position with a possibility for extension.

Key responsibilities and requirements:

• Working closely with show Producer and Supervisors to maintain an accurate project schedule.

• Managing project milestones and deliverables, ensuring that targets are hit to deliver projects on time and on budget.

• Leading dailies sessions and reviews both internally and externally.

• Managing a team of artists ensuring smooth communication for progress and briefings.

• Prepping shot deliveries to send to clients.

• Responsible for managing feedback distribution through the appropriate channels.

• Supporting internal documentation maintenance.

• Attending spotting sessions and reviews, general note-taking and task distribution.

• Proficient in the use of Autodesk Flow Production Tracking (Shotgrid)

• Working closely with Editorial depts (internally and externally) for problem solving and general communication.
  

We are looking for someone with great organisation, project management and problem-solving skills. You will need to be able to keep cool under pressure, be proactive and work well in a team environment.

Previous roles within the screen industries are preferable, however, an interest in or knowledge of Visual Effects and television production is required
