Del Amo Motorsports Group is looking to hire a Product Specialist at ourChula Vistalocation.

This is a hourly full-time position plus commission with average pay ranges between $45,000 to $90,000a year. Pay range scale can fluctuate based on one individual sales performance.

Schedule: Tuesday to Saturday, 10 AM – 7 PM (40 hours/week).
Days Off: Sunday and Monday – we're gone riding!

You are a great fit if you can:

• Engage and assist every customer that enters the dealership with exceptional customer service.
• Collaborate with management and various departments to ensure a seamless experience and transition for every customer.
• Utilize CRM to log every customer lead and interaction.
• Provide impeccable product knowledge by completing all available OEM training programs.
• Support with relocating and rebranding dealership showroom when necessary.
• Perform other related duties for the benefit of the dealership.

Other requirements and Skills:

• Must be able to provide a valid salesperson license before day of hire.
• Minimum of 2 year of powersports experience.
• Motivated to meet goals in a consistent manner.
