Primary Location: NYC, NY
V-Soft Consulting is currently hiring aProduct Panning Coordinator for our premier clientNYC, NY.
Education and Experience:
- Looking for 1-3 years of experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 1–3 years of experience in ad sales operations, media planning, analytics, project coordination, or a related entry-level business support role; internship or rotational program experience may be considered.
- Experience creating, maintaining, and analyzing reports in Excel.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities »
- Comfortable working with large datasets, trackers, and recurring operational reporting.
- Familiarity with formulas, pivots, lookups, dashboards, and reporting automation is a plus.
- Comfortable working in ambiguous or "messy " situations and driving tasks to completion.
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders and teams.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel is highly preferred.

- Help clean up and streamline existing processes.
- Support the administration and organization of AI and automation initiatives.
