Product Owner - Retail Risk full-time role

are seeking an experienced Retail Risk Product Owner to lead the development of a Loss Forecast Platform supporting CCAR and internal risk processes. This role bridges business, risk, and technology teams to deliver a scalable and compliant solution.

Key Responsibilities

• Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business and regulatory goals
• Translate requirements into user stories and manage product backlog
• Act as liaison between Risk, Finance, and Technology teams
• Drive Agile delivery and participate in sprint ceremonies
• Support UAT and ensure quality delivery
• Collaborate with model teams to integrate loss forecasting models
• Communicate updates, risks, and progress to stakeholders
• Drive continuous improvement using data-driven insights

Required Skills

• Strong experience in Retail Credit Risk & CCAR/DFAST/CECL
• Knowledge of risk models (PD, LGD, EAD)
• Experience in Agile product management
• Proficiency in SQL and data analysis
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Product Management/Business Analysis in Financial Services
• Proven experience delivering complex platforms in Agile environments
