Role: Product Owner
Experience: 5–6 years
Maximum CTC: ₹15 LPA
Shift: 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM (Candidates should also be flexible to work the 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM shift based on business requirements.)
Work Mode: Work From Office
Notice Period: Immediate to 15 days

Role Summary:

The Product owner will play a key role in bridging business requirements with technical execution. This role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams, ensuring clarity of requirements, supporting the development lifecycle, and enabling successful project execution through proactive communication, data validation, documentation, and issue resolution.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Requirement Understanding & Collaboration

• Collaborate with the project team to understand business requirements in detail.
• Address and clarify any doubts or questions the development team has regarding project requirements.
• Ensure requirements are interpreted consistently across all stakeholders.

2. Data Coordination & Analysis

• Work closely with the Operations/Data team to collect all data required for project execution.
• Validate the accuracy, completeness, and relevance of the collected data.
• Explain data insights and findings to the team in a clear and structured manner.

3. User Story Management

• Prepare well-defined user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
• Conduct user story refinement sessions with the team to ensure shared understanding and preparedness for development.
• Support backlog grooming and maintain a prioritized list of requirements.

4. Documentation

• Prepare high-quality functional documentation, including requirement documents, process flows, user guides, and feature specifications.
• Prepare and support the creation of technical documentation such as data flow diagrams, API requirements, integration details, and solution outlines in collaboration with technical teams.
• Ensure documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and easily accessible for all stakeholders.

5. Project Tracking & Issue Resolution

• Follow up with team members to ensure tasks are progressing as planned.
• Identify roadblocks or issues faced by the team and take proactive steps to mitigate them.
• Escalate issues in a timely manner if they impact project timelines or delivery.

6. Stakeholder Communication

• Act as a liaison between business, operations, and technical teams.
• Ensure transparent communication and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
• Provide regular updates on progress, risks, and dependencies.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst.
• Strong understanding of requirements gathering and documentation practices.
• Experience preparing functional and technical documentation.
• Experience in writing user stories and working in an Agile environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Ability to work with data teams and interpret data effectively.
• Detail-oriented with strong follow-up and organizational capabilities.
• Experience in JIRA, Figma, Project management Tools.

• Proactive, self-driven, and able to work independently.
• Comfortable coordinating across multiple teams.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and bring clarity to requirements.
• Candidates with an accounting or finance background are preferred.
