Requirements:
- 6 to 8 years of progressive work experience in a product role; designing business processes, process mapping, working on process improvement initiatives and business system design.
- A demonstrated mastery of using flowcharting tools.
- Strong analytical skills, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret business needs to translate them into application and operation requirements.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience building product in an agile environment.
- Min. of 7-8 years’ experience US Healthcare and latest 3 years in Product role- [ Clearinghouse billing, EDI Gateway, and Clearinghouse Operations, RCM - Billing, Coding, AR, Claim Submission, Payment Posting, Prior-Auth].
- Good knowledge and hands on experience in data Querying - SQL
- Experience in working with data visualization tools like PowerBI or Quicksight.
- Experience and good at documenting requirements
- Experience executing roadmaps as well as leading a team to meet deliverables.
- Experience working in an Agile environment using tools such as Jira
- Possess technical acumen - the ability to gather and describe product requirements and get feedback from technical staff.
- Knowledge about building products on cloud, especially AWS.
- Knowledge about data pipeline management, API Product Management.
- Experience working in a Start Up or for a healthcare IT Vendor
