Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Product Owner / Experience Owner to lead the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of customer-centric digital experiences within a banking environment. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in financial services along with hands-on exposure to AI chatbot or conversational AI solutions.
This role requires a strategic thinker who can translate complex business needs into actionable product requirements while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, analytics, compliance, and business stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Define and manage product vision, roadmap, and priorities for digital banking experiences
- Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into user stories and product specifications
- Drive delivery of AI-driven and personalized customer engagement solutions, including chatbot and conversational AI capabilities
- Collaborate with engineering, UX, analytics, and business teams to deliver scalable digital products
- Work within Agile/Scrum teams and manage product backlogs using tools such as Jira and Confluence
- Partner with stakeholders to ensure alignment on product goals, KPIs, and OKRs
- Analyze customer behavior, product performance, and business metrics to make data-driven decisions
- Ensure customer-facing financial data experiences meet compliance, risk, and legal standards
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and product optimization efforts
- 5+ years of Product Management or Product Owner experience
- Strong experience within Banking, Financial Services, or Fintech environments
- Hands-on experience with AI Chatbot, Conversational AI, or virtual assistant products
- Proven experience delivering customer-facing digital products and experiences
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and product lifecycle management
- Experience using Jira, Confluence, and SharePoint
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven mindset
- Experience defining and tracking KPIs and OKRs
- Experience with contact center solutions or customer engagement platforms
- Experience integrating financial data into digital customer experiences
- Exposure to compliance, legal, and risk management processes
- Experience working in highly regulated environments
- Remote candidates are acceptable
- "Experience Owner” experience will be considered equivalent to Product Owner experience
- Banking experience is mandatory
- AI Chatbot / Conversational AI experience is mandatory
