Contract Product Owner – Scope of Work The Product Owner will act as the primary business representative to the Scrum team, ensuring alignment between business objectives and Agile delivery. This role is responsible for maximizing product value through effective backlog management, stakeholder engagement, and clear prioritization.
Key Responsibilities: Define and maintain product vision, roadmap, and release plans Own and prioritize the product backlog;
write and refine user stories and acceptance criteria Serve as liaison between business stakeholders and development teams Participate in Agile ceremonies and approve completed work Make informed decisions on scope and priorities to drive business value
Required Experience: Experience in Digital Access & Enablement – Communications Digital product experience Strong Agile/Scrum expertise and stakeholder communication skills Preferred Experience: Healthcare and/or laboratory environment experience Experience in contract or consulting roles as a Product Owner CSPO or similar certification
Nice to Have: Digital laboratory products, order‐to‐results workflows, data & analytics, vendor management, or billing systems experience
